Platform Discontinuation Notice
Archer has made the decision to remove public access to our platform. We are grateful for the trust and support of our users throughout this journey.
Important Dates & Information
Archer will temporarily cease platform operations on March 1st, 2025. After this date:
- The platform will no longer be accessible
- No new account sign-ups will be permitted
- All existing accounts will be deactivated
Action Required
We strongly recommend all users take the following actions before March 1st, 2025:
- Download all enriched files from your account
- Save any payment confirmations or receipts you may need
- Complete any pending data enrichment tasks
Data Privacy & Retention
All user and account data, notwithstanding any data that we must keep for compliance and legal reasons, will be securely deleted fifteen (15) days after our last day of operations on March 1st, 2025. Please contact us before then, if you would like to receive a copy of your data before it is deleted. If you have questions or concerns about your data or privacy rights, you can contact us at privacy@helloarcher.io which will remain active for a limited time after the shutdown.
